Tanya Acharya

Co-Editor-in-Chief
Designed: "Be a Rainbow, Full of Colors" & "Luck Isn't Enough"

Tanya Acharya is a senior who reads poetry like it’s an extreme sport and doesn’t understand the word moderation. As legend has it, she was fated to join the lit mag as a sophomore and has now been on the lit mag staff for 3 years, currently as co-editor-in-chief.

Sarah Ong

Co-Editor-in-Chief
Designed: "On That Day on the Beach" & "Watercolors"

Sarah Ong is a senior and creative writing enthusiast who's been a part of the lit mag for 3 years after her best friend and now fellow co-editor-in-chief roped her into it. When she isn’t brainstorming new characters to write about, she’s known to be obsessing over her current hyperfixation, crying over her work-in-progress novel, or blasting Vocaloid/electronic music.

Emily Yao

Head Designer
Designed: "Together: a Letter to the Class of 2020" & "The Long Decline is Over."

Emily Yao is a senior and has been part of the Lit Mag since she spontaneously became a member halfway through her sophomore year. She’s a creative soul that loves photography and traveling, and boba is the only thing that gets her out of her pajamas in quarantine. She’s a bit of a strange fellow, but who doesn’t love a little weird?

Nanaki Bawa

Editor
Designed: "Lethargy" & "Sakura"

Nanaki Bawa is a freshman who loves all things reading and writing. Passionate about service, she serves as an active Key Club Board Member and volunteers her Saturdays teaching little kiddos how to sing and play classical Indian stringed instruments. In her free time, she enjoys baking the craziest vegan recipes on the Internet, adding to her ever-growing calligraphy portfolio, and channeling her Black Belt and trying to knock over the freestanding punching bag in the dojang.

Shradha Dinesh

Editor
Designed: "Honorable Mentions," "Museum Halls," "Sandman," & "Said one robot to another,"

Shradha Dinesh is a junior who has a profound connection with words and English, both of which she tends to use often. This is her first official year on the literary magazine staff, and you can also find her editing for the Blaze, the student newspaper.

Varsha Vasudevan

Editor
Designed: "The Mother in Despair" & "Where I See Myself in 10 Years"

Varsha is a junior and has been a staff member of the Lit Mag for two years now. She is also a member of the Authors of Tomorrow and Writing Center. In her free time, she paints, spends an unhealthy amount of time on Netflix, takes photos, writes, and tries new things.

Isabella Vivas

Editor
Designed: "Life of a Cat" & "I Want to Hold Your Hand"

Vivas is a senior who loves reading poetry and prose and has been on the literary magazine staff since sophomore year. Their hobbies include getting emotional over poetry, daydreaming about how they'll respond to talk show hosts following their inevitable rise to fame, and reading social media comment section arguments to see what kind of fights people are getting into.

Arman Fathi

Staffer

Arman is a quasi-real humanoid who likes listening to podcasts just as much as he does making them. He's a junior, and when not going off in long tangents, he contemplates the meaning of life for snails.
